2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 6kbet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and is enforced without exception.
• You are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 6kbet platform or had a 6kbet account closed for violation of these Terms.

6kbet strictly prohibits the use of its platform by employees, officers, directors, contractors, or immediate family members of employees of 6kbet or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of 6kbet services — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and live betting — you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 6kbet platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses are used — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6kbet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses across those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

6kbet operates a mandatory KYC verification process in order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and to verify player age and identity. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) showing your full name and date of birth.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet showing your registered name and mobile number).

6kbet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6kbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 6kbet will never contact you to request your password. Any activity recorded on your account prior to your reporting of a suspected security breach to our support team will be treated as having been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 6kbet platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. 6kbet accepts the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 6kbet account in real time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are typically credited within two to four hours of the transaction being confirmed by the sending bank. 6kbet does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 6kbet bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from fully verified 6kbet accounts are processed within two to four hours to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must consist entirely of real-money funds (not bonus funds pending wagering completion).
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• 6kbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal of PKR 50,000 or above.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the 6kbet platform are processed in PKR. Where a player deposits via USDT TRC20, the equivalent PKR value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the deposit credit will be applied to the account balance. 6kbet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiating and completing a USDT transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6kbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 6kbet account must be wagered a specified number of times — the "wagering requirement" — before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements and the eligible games to which wagers contribute are stated on each promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

6kbet reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming the same offer multiple times using duplicate accounts; using low-risk betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without meaningful risk; colluding with other players to benefit from promotions; or providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

5.3 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the applicable expiry period stated on the promotion page will be automatically removed from your account balance. 6kbet will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances. It is your responsibility to monitor the validity period of any active bonus in your account.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on the 6kbet platform — including live casino titles such as Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and Roulette; slot games from verified providers including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw; and sports betting markets — are subject to the individual game rules presented within the game interface or betting market at the time of play.

6kbet uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino and slot games. RNG systems used by 6kbet's licensed game providers are independently audited for fairness and randomness. 6kbet does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to alter the results of individual game rounds once a wager has been placed and accepted by the system.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round or sports betting event, 6kbet's system logs will be used as the definitive record of bets placed and results recorded. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error on 6kbet's side, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's real-money balance. 6kbet's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

Sports betting markets are subject to the rules stated within the sportsbook at the time of placing the bet, including rules relating to event postponement, abandonment, void bets, and in-play settlement. PSL and other cricket betting markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6kbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending bonuses and winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 6kbet platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 6kbet platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or with platform employees to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after 6kbet has credited deposits or paid out winnings in good faith.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.

8. Responsible Gaming

6kbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe entertainment environment for all players. The platform enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy and provides a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every registered account dashboard.

The responsible gaming tools available to all 6kbet players include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders to notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 6kbet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6kbet platform — including but not limited to the 6kbet brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game titles, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 6kbet and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 6kbet platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 6kbet content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 6kbet software or game.
• Use 6kbet branding, trademarks, or marketing materials in any context outside the platform without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any 6kbet content or intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of 6kbet intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6kbet, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 6kbet platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

6kbet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6kbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on the device and network you use to access the platform. 6kbet is not liable for any damage to your device resulting from your access to or use of the 6kbet platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

6kbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document. By registering an account on 6kbet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and account use — including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method details, and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised platform features.

6kbet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements ensuring compliance with applicable data protection standards.

12. Amendments & Termination

6kbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6kbet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 6kbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may close your 6kbet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat from your account dashboard. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (subject to all applicable KYC and AML checks being satisfied) will be returned to your most recently verified payment method.

6kbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or that continued operation of your account presents a regulatory or legal risk to the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6kbet holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with those governing laws.
